iTel has alsoacquired teh patents and technology of a CD-ROM technology known as M-ROM. M-ROM is a hybrid that combines CD-ROM technology with that of CDR enabling personalisation and/or serial numbering. It is possible to detect illegal copies of MROMs through a proprietary unique 'fingerprint' identification and copy protection technology.
